Instructions

Put the beef in Walnut pot with butter and a chopped carrot, celery, onion, herbs, pepper and salt.

Cook over high heat, sprinkle with wine and let it evaporate.

Add the cream and Cook, covered, for 2 hours.

When cooked remove the meat from the Pan and slice it.

Pass the broth through a sieve and pour over slices of roast.

Serve immediately.
