Salmon mousse with shrimps
Instructions
Shelled shrimps and bolliteli in salted water for 4 minutes.
A gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the package, veiled the bottom of a mold and let set in the refrigerator.
Place the bottom layer of prawns, keeping aside a little.
In a frying pan cook the slices of salmon for 5 minutes turned.
Chopped meat, remove any thorns, put it in the blender with the cream, two tablespoons of brandy, adjust salt and pepper.
Pour the foam into the mold, then another with a thin layer of jelly and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
When serving turn the mold onto a serving dish and garnish with the prawns.
