Shrimp salad with beans
Instructions
In a saucepan, boil a liter of water with a washer of lemon and salt.
Lessatevi shrimp for 5-6 minutes, drain them, put them in a bowl and let cool.
Drain liquid from beans, long run under cold water, drain them and add them to the shrimp.
Emulsify vinegar, salt, pepper and oil.
Pour on salad, stir, Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley and serve.
