Instructions
Scrub and wash shrimp, devein and remove sgusciarli.
Put them to cook in half the butter with carrot, celery, chopped onion, chopped cayenne pepper and salt.
Add the marsala, let it evaporate and add cream.
Pick them up after 15 minutes.
To restrict your sauce and add the remaining butter; pass through a sieve and pour over shrimp.
