Soy shrimp
Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, turn off, dip soy noodles, turn with a fork, cover, after 5 minutes drain passing briefly under cold water.
Saute gently in oil good chopped shallots with the chili in a padellone.

After 5 minutes Add shrimp tails already shelled and let go a few more minutes uncovered over high heat, turning until the animals reddens.
