Roast walnuts
Instructions
Brown the meat in butter, then add the chopped ham, sprinkle with salt and cover with the boiling milk.
Lower the flame and cook over medium heat, covered, for about 1 hour.
Add the chopped walnuts and continue cooking for 1 hour.
Sifting through the cooking, put it back in the pan with 1 tablespoon of broth and heat it.
Cut the meat into slices and serve it covered by hot sauce.

- 100 cl of milk
- 100 g of ham
- 75 g of walnut kernels
- 50 g of butter
