Shrimp with lettuce and peas
Instructions
Boil shrimp in boiling salted water and lightly acidulated with lemon juice for 3 minutes, then drain and keep warm.
In the same water, blanch the lettuce for 3 minutes.
Cook the onion in a tablespoon of oil, after about ten minutes, add the peeled shrimp and continue cooking for 1 minute, add lettuce, add salt, pepper, sprinkle with thyme, stir gently, turn off the heat and serve hot.
