Instructions

Clean cauliflower, lessatelo in salt water with vinegar, drain it and split it into florets.

Clean the broccoli, keep only the flowering tops, boil half-cooked in salted water.

Remove the heads of the prawns and shelled raw queues, removing the black devein.

Heat oil in a pan, put the cauliflower, broccoli and shrimp and you blast around for 10 minutes, stirring with wooden spoon.

Halfway through the cooking adjust salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
