Steamed shrimp (2)
Instructions
Put in the basket for steaming a bunch of wild fennel and 4 slices of lemon.
Place over the prawns and cook for 4 minutes.
Spray them with the vermouth and continue cooking for another 3 minutes.
Blend the avocado flesh with lemon juice, 1/2 red pepper and a pinch of salt.
Serve the shrimp with avocado sauce.

- 12 prawns
- 4 slices of lemon
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1/2 fresh chilli
- 2 tablespoons of dry vermouth
- 1 bunch of fennel
- 1 pinch of salt
