Garganelli with lemon and green beans
Instructions
Trim, wash and trim the green beans to 3 cm long logs.
Boil them in a pot of lightly salted boiling water.
After 4 minutes, pour into the pan the garganelli with green beans and boil for another 5 minutes.
When cooked, drain the garganelli and the beans and pour into the Pan: Add oil, parmesan, pepper, grated lemon zest and season well.
Distribute the pasta on the plates and sprinkle with the chives cut very thin.
Serve immediately.

- 280 g of type garganelli pasta
- 1 lemon
- 150 g of green beans
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 40 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 sprig of chives
- Salt
- Pepper
