Gateau di patate
Instructions
Prepare mashed potatoes previously boiled and crushed, 50 g of butter and warm milk.
Salt and arrange half of the mixture on the bottom of buttered baking dish 1.
Above the layer of mashed do 1 diced mozzarella and ham into strips.
Finish with another layer of mashed, joining some butter and 1 handful of Parmesan.
Bake in hot oven for 15 minutes.

- 600 g of potatoes
- 100 g of butter
- 1 glass of milk
- Salt
- 1 mozzarella
- 100 g of ham
- 1 handful of grated parmesan cheese
