Cats with diamonds
Instructions
In a pan, preferably of stainless steel, melt the sugar with lemon juice on low heat and stir with a wooden spatula.
When you pour melted almonds and continue cooking, stirring constantly until the mass becomes a beautiful dark blond color.
Then remove the Pan from heat, oiling the kitchen table, pour the crisp and roll it to 1/2 cm by pressing it with a big lemon.
When the layer of cats is reduced to the desired height and has absorbed the aroma of lemon peel, is deeply engraved with the tip of a knife, a lozenge of about 5 cm from the side.
When the crusty is cold, separate the diamonds and colored candies and garnish with strips of thin foil using the tip of a toothpick.
