Instructions
If you have time i peeled tomatoes (20 seconds by dipping them in boiling water): it's better but it's not strictly necessary.
Soak the bread in water and squeeze it.
Gather all ingredients clean and cut into pieces in the bowl, add 200 g of water and puree with Blender, starting from the bottom where there will be enough liquid.
Search for the time being not to add more water.
You will need to have some sort of cream more ' smooth ' as possible without lumps or chunks are recognizable to the naked eye.
Blend two or three times in order not to overheat the blender.
Evaluate if you should now add a little water (should leave about 3 glasses, everything must be liquid): depends on the ingredients, but it's easier to add it at the end than trying to remove.
Cover and put in refrigerator for at least an hour.
When serving you can add a block of ice (obtained by freezing a metal ones without the inner plastic part) in the salad bowl.

- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 green peppers
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 clove of garlic
- 70 g of dry bread
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 glass of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
