Ice cream with marrons glacés
Instructions
Prepare a syrup with sugar in a Bain-Marie and a glass of water.
Then join before the milk and then the cream, turn off and remove the saucepan from the water.
Add the egg yolks, and fragmented marrons glacés and let cool slightly before putting in the freezer.
After three hours, take the frullatelo cream until mixture is creamy and put in the refrigerator and perform the task after two hours.

- 50 cl of milk
- 50 cl of cream
- 5 egg yolks
- 250 g of sugar
- 250 g of marrons glacés
