Baked ice cream
Instructions
Fill with ice cream a mold lined with greaseproof paper and put it in the freezer.
Cut a slice of Spain loaf mold wider and 3 cm thick; place it in a roasting pan, drizzle it on Board of liquor and capovolgervi ice cream, coating it with thick whipped egg whites with 200 g of icing sugar.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and bake for a few minutes until the meringue will be colourful.

- 1000 g of vanilla ice cream
- 250 g of icing sugar
- 4 egg whites
- Pan of spain
- Pleasure liqueur
