Corn ice cream
Instructions
Blend corn with milk and add it to the cream and the vanilla bean, heat the mixture to flame.
Remove from heat, without boiling, and add the sugar, stirring to mix well.
Let cool, remove the vanilla bean, then put it in the ice cream maker (Mint even those small freezer) and let it operate.
Serve in bowls with sprigs of cream and amaretti or with chocolate specks.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 25 cl of cream
- 25 cl of milk
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 pod vanilla
- 5 tablespoons of corn drained and spent under water
- Amaretti biscuits
- Whipped
- Chopped chocolate
