Peel the tomatoes and crush the pulp to drain water, cut them into small pieces and add the chopped mushrooms, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon of chopped onion, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper.
Add the mixture to beef, which will finely chopped previously, add the eggs and a pinch of pepper.
Put the whole thing in the middle of a strip of bacon and roll binding it and simmer for 45 minutes.
