Raisin ice cream
Instructions
Soak the raisins in the rum.
Prepare a syrup with sugar and Apple Juice by boiling for a few minutes.
Liquidize the pulp of apples with the syrup, lemon juice and cream.
Drain the raisins and add to mixture, stir well and prepare the ice cream maker's instructions.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of golden apple pulp
- 10 cl of applesauce
- 150 g of sugar
- 2 lemons
- 200 g of fresh cream
- 50 g of sultanas
- Rum
