Instructions
Prepare a syrup with sugar in a Bain-Marie and a little glass of water.
Then join, slowly first and then the milk cream and before the start of the boil turn off and remove the saucepan from the water.
Add the egg yolks, beating vigorously, and then the chopped hazelnuts and let cool slightly before putting in the freezer.
After three hours, take the frullatelo cream until mixture is creamy and smooth, put in the refrigerator and perform the same operation after two hours.
At this point, the ice cream is ready to be enjoyed, perhaps with biscuits.

- 50 cl of milk
- 50 cl of cream
- 250 g of sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- 250 g of hazelnuts
