Nutella ice cream
Instructions
Bring to the boil the milk in a saucepan and add the Nutella.
Beat the eggs with sugar and pour over them the milk still warm.
Stir.
Leave the mixture on very low flame, stir for a few minutes and let it cool before putting in the freezer.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 100 cl of milk
- 200 g of nutella
- 70 == G caster sugar
- 6 egg yolks
