Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan, combine the juice and the chopped orange peel.
Add the oregano and finely chopped garlic and cook for a few minutes.
Salt and pepper the meat and place in a greased baking dish.
Bake at 250 degrees.
Sprinkle the roast with the sauce prepared previously, little by little, and remove from the oven when it is very colorful.
