Mascarpone Ice Cream (Gelato di Mascarpone)
Instructions
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and beat until fluffy.
Carefully work the mascarpone cheese with the sugar, then add the egg yolks and the egg whites and the cream that must be mounted with the help of a whisk.
Distributed in 4 cups and place in the freezer for 4 hours or so.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce: clean 100 g of berries, blending with the grappa and lemon juice and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve garnished with cream sauce and decorating to taste with the remaining berries.

- 140 g of sugar
- 20 cl of cream
- 4 eggs

- 150 g of berries
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 cups of white grappa
- 40 g of sugar
