Summer fruit ice cream
Instructions
Found a pumpkin well ripe, cut it in half and using a spoon, remove the seeds and empty the pulp, that you will put to cook with other seasonal fruits, a pinch of salt and some lemon peel and a couple of tablespoons of corn malt.
Watermelon cooking water and then a lot of releases you do not need to add.
Eventually blend the fruit, thickened with a few tbsp arrowroot previously dissolved in cold water and put in the fridge to cool in individual cups; before serving garnish with chopped hazelnuts or toasted almonds and broken.
You get a very refreshing ice cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 watermelon (or other seasonal fruits)
- A few tablespoons of arrowroot
- 2 tablespoons of corn malt
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of sea salt
