Fancy ice cream
Instructions
Bring the milk to a boil, turn off and let cool.
Blend for 1 minute the cherries, milk, a pinch of cinnamon, sugar and the grated lemon rind.
Transfer the mixture into the ice cream maker and prepare the ice cream according to the instructions of the machine.
Serve the ice cream in cups, pour over the cream scented with cherry brandy.

- 250 g of pitted cherries
- 150 g of sugar
- 2 glasses of milk
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 200 g of cream
- 1/2 shot of cherry brandy
