Fried ice cream
Instructions
Divide ice cream into 4 portions, forming big balls like an Apple and put them in the freezer.
Prepare a soft paste with water and flour and spread it in a layer thickness of one millimetre.
When the ice cream will be very hard to wrap each portion in a thin layer of sponge Spain (wishing you may have previously lightly steeped in grappa di rose), then wrap the whole thing in a dough wrapper.
Heat plenty of oil in a pan and dip the frozen dumplings for a few seconds until the dough is golden.
Serve immediately, by spraying with grappa and flaming roses directly on the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of base cream ice cream (see recipe)
- 350 g of pan of spain
- 200 g of flour
- Soybean oil
