Mocha ice cream
Instructions
Melt chocolate in double boiler just ready remove from heat and stir the egg yolks and the coffee.
Whip the cream in a bowl, when ben stops cream.
the coffee liqueur.
Apart from whip the egg whites until foamy and gradually add sugar.
Mix the cream to the chocolate mixture before and then gently clear snow.
Put the mixture in spoonfuls into a container and place in freezer for at least 5 hours.
Serve garnished with chocolate curls or biscuits, just extracted from the freezer.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 125 g of chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 60 g of strong coffee
- 25 cl of double cream
- 1 tablespoon of coffee liqueur
- 100 g of sugar
