Plombiere ice cream
Instructions
Put the candied fruits in liquor bath for at least 30 minutes.
Ask one rectangular mold in refrigerator to cool.
Combine fruit ice cream with brandy.
Lining the walls of the mould with the ice cream and alternate layers of apricot jam and ice cream, ending with the latter.
Put in freezer for at least 2 hours.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 100 cl of vanilla ice cream
- 100 g of diced candied fruit
- 300 g of apricot jam
- 2 cups of apricot brandy
