Salt ice cream
Instructions
Heat the cheese and cream in a double boiler.
Salt pepper and cook over low heat, with a whisk until the mixture is dissolved is fluffy.
Pass through a sieve and let cool.
Mix the mascarpone cheese, transfer the mixture into the ice cream maker and prepare the ice cream according to the instructions of the appliance.
Just bring it in ready saucers or in a bowl, contornatelo with ham, sprinkling it with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.

- 40 cl of creme fraiche
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 300 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- White pepper
- To accompany:
- 12 slices of ham
- Few drops of aged balsamic vinegar
