Instructions

Pass the flesh of watermelon seed private through a sieve, add sugar, orange blossom water, the cinnamon stick, chopped chocolate and diced candied Citron.

Let rest 30 minutes then remove the cinnamon.

Pour into a mold and place in the refrigerator until the mixture is solidified.
