Instructions
Macerated as usual drugs in an airtight jar with alcohol and let it sit for 15 days, stirring occasionally.
Strain and add water and sugar.
To mix the amalgam, and then rest a day, before bottling with Cork and sealing wax.
Wait at least six months to fully enjoy the aroma of the liquor.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 20 g of genepi delle alpi
- 5 g of peppermint
- 4 g of clove seeds
- 1 g of nutmeg
- 5 g of anise
- 3 g of wormwood
- 5 g of hyssop
- 400 g of sugar
- 400 g of water
