Parmesan soy germ
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter and add the bean sprouts washed and well drained.
Stir, add salt and let stand for about 10 minutes over low heat.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Let the cheese melt, withdrawn from the fire, passed on the serving dish and serve immediately.
