Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter.
Add the orange juice passed to sieve, a teaspoonful of grated, garlic, a pinch of chilli and one of oregano, add salt, pepper and mix.
Rub the meat with salt and pepper, put it in a pan, pour the mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour and a half.
