Raw garden salad
Instructions
Clean, wash and cut vegetables and keep them in a bowl with a handful of salt for each 1000 g of vegetables.
Let it sit for 24 hours and then casting the vegetables and put back in the bowl.
Now cover of vinegar and let it sit for more than 24 hours, then lava flows well and place the vegetables in a vase or jar with Basil and garlic and cover with olive oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2000 g of vegetables (carrots, celery, leeks)
- 100 cl of white wine vinegar
- 1 glass of olive oil
- Coarse salt
- Garlic
- Basil
