Pickles in vinegar (2)
Instructions
Clean cabbage, remove the core and cut into pieces.
Scrape the carrots and make them into strips, clean the spring onions and put everything in the water and lemon.
Clean the celery and peppers, wash them and make them into strips.
Wash cucumbers and slice into rings.
Boil a pot of water and salt and lessatevi all the vegetables for a few minutes, then drain and let them dry.
Place in a pot of vinegar, 100 cl of water, salt, pepper, bay leaf, Basil and garlic and boil.
Meanwhile, place the vegetables in jars and cover with filtered liquid, close and kept for one month.

- 500 g of carrots
- 500 g of celery
- 500 g of scallions
- 500 g of cauliflower
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 peppers
- 200 cl of wine vinegar
- 1 lemon
- Some leaves of laurel
- Some leaves of basil
- Salt
- Pepper
