Beer pork roast
Instructions
Soffreggate the meat with salt and pepper, bind them and let Sauté in a pan where you have heated oil and butter.
Pick it up from the bowl and place on the bottom of this half of the onions finely chopped, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, some thyme leaves.
Let soften the onions over medium heat, lay again above the meat, cover it with the remaining onions cut into thin slices, pour the beer, cover.
Place the Pan in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for two and a half hours.
Cut the meat into slices, you restrict the sauce, if necessary, and pour it over the meat.
Serve.
