Pig roast coffee sauce
Instructions
Put in a casserole the strong coffee, butter, mustard, sauce, lemon juice and sugar.
Stir heating up until the dissolution of the butter.
Use this sauce to brush the roast pork during cooking and the remaining pour on gravy boat for seasoning roast slices.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2/3 cup of strong coffee
- 1/3 cup of butter
- 2 teaspoons of english sauce
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
