Ginger biscuits
Instructions
Grease the griddle.
Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Mix the margarine into the flour mixture, ginger and bicarbonate of soda.
Add the sugar and the syrup declined.
Mix until you reach a good consistency.
Make balls the size of a walnut, with floured hands.
Arrange them on the plate with plenty of room to expand and flat with a fork.
Cook for 10 minutes; remove the soleplate until they are hot and cool in a bowl.

- 230 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 120 g of hard margarine
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 tablespoons of tirage liqueur
