Gnocchetti ai funghi porcini soup
Instructions
Knead bread with cream, 100 g of melted butter, salt and chives, add mushrooms fried with garlic in 50 g of butter, 120 g flour; mix well and let stand 10 minutes to compound.
Form small dumplings and boil in salted water for 15 minutes, serve in meat broth sprinkled with chives or with butter and Parmesan cheese.
