Egg dumplings
Instructions
In a bowl mix well eggs, add salt, pepper and nutmeg; Next, add the cheese and make sure the mixture is sufficiently solid (if the eggs are large, you'll need a little more cheese).
Prepare a meat or vegetable broth: when the broth boils add the entire mixture.
After a few minutes on the surface will form a kind of omelette.
