Instructions
Good clean fresh anchovies, diliscandole internally, remove head and tail and divide them to threads.
Wash the fillets in cold water and then dry them well, placing them on a serving dish.
Cover completely the anchovies with plenty of lemon juice filtered well and let stand 12 hours.
When serving beat in a cup oil, pepper and a little salt, sprayed the anchovies and bring to the table: for lemon effect the anchovies are cooked and will appear white.
Complement with a sprinkling of fresh oregano.
