Roast beef To anchovy
Instructions
In a saucepan heat the butter and a few tablespoons of olive oil, chopped onion, saucepan, then melt the anchovies de-boned.
Add the peeled and chopped sausage and just becomes lucid put the meat lightly floured.
Add salt and pepper.

Add the tomatoes and cook on moderate fire for three hours.
