Instructions

Boil the potatoes, Peel and mash with a fork.

Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and mix it with the potatoes.

Established with the flour until mixture is compact.

Chop the onion and diced ham slice, fry them together in a tablespoon of oil.

Prepare the dumplings (you get thirty) by inserting within each a bit of fried onion and ham.

Cook in salted water, seasoned with melted butter and Sage.
