Instructions

Boil the peeled potatoes in salted milk, pass them and add the flour, half the butter, half Parmesan cheese, eggs, pepper, salt and grated nutmeg.

Beat the mixture to make it soft.

Throw it to half-spoonfuls into boiling water for a few minutes, drain and put in a baking dish.

Sprinkle with melted butter, parmesan and cream.

Bake for 15 minutes.
