Instructions
Slice onion and carrot and cover with the bottom and sides of a baking dish and pour in the oil.
Tie with kitchen Twine and place meat on vegetables.
Cover with the bacon slices and place in hot oven to 200 degrees.
Moisten occasionally with a ladle of hot broth until the meat will not be reached.
