Rabbit goulash
Instructions
Brown in a ladle of broth the sliced onion and diced ham.
Add the rabbit pieces and season.
Sprinkle with flour, paprika, salt, combine the crushed garlic and stir.
Pour the wine and stock, cover and cook slowly for 1 hour and a half.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 rabbit about 1200 g
- 80 g of ham
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 clove of garlic
- 25 cl of red wine
- 2 ladles of broth
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 20 cl of soured cream with lemon juice
- Salt
