Great mixed vegetables
Instructions
Wash and cut all vegetables into small pieces and sliced mushrooms.
In a large skillet Sauté garlic in 2 tablespoons olive oil, then add mushrooms and vegetables with a little water, a little salt and nut.
Cook over medium heat, add the tomatoes, pitted olives, Basil and oregano.
Lead to cooking vegetables and serve.

- 2 peppers
- 2 zucchini
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 20 g of fresh mushrooms
- 20 black olives
- 350 g of peeled apart
- Basil
