Instructions
Let simmer coffee with sugar for about 2 minutes.
Cool, pour it into a metal container and put it in the freezer.
Occasionally stir the coffee while it freezes.
When serving blend for a few seconds.
Divide the cream on the bottom of 4 tall glasses, pour in the crushed ice and garnish with whipped cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of strong coffee
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 25 cl of cream
- Unsweetened whipped cream
