Instructions

Put the sugar in a saucepan with water enamel.

Peel oranges, removing only the yellow part of the Peel.

Cut the Peel into strips and add to the sugar.

Put the saucepan on the heat and let simmer for 30 minutes, slow focus and pan discovered.

Let cool completely, then pass the syrup in a strainer to remove skins, and pour it into a bowl.

Add the orange juice and lemon juice.

Passed the sieve and add a glass of cold water.

Bake in ice trays and place in freezer for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.

After the stipulated time, distribute the granite in individual glasses and serve immediately.
