Orange brandy
Instructions
Put in a big pot, grappa and sugar.
Hang with string Orange to Cork (without damaging the skin!), so that, by closing the jar, this remains suspended above the grappa, without touching it.
Close the pot, put it in a warm place (the maximum is above a radiator).
Forget that exists for a couple of months.
It should be served cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of grappa at least 40 degrees
- 1 rough and juicy orange
- 200 g of sugar
