Instructions
You soak in an airtight vessel figs for two months after being covered with honey and grappa.
Expected period has passed, add all the other ingredients and let the mixture sit for one more week.
At this point, strain the liquor, and imbottigliatelo.
It's ready to enjoy after a month taking two half glasses after meals.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of grappa
- 4 small ripe figs
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 1 clove
- 1 small lemon zest (yellow part)
- 4 tablespoons of honey
